if there’s an abnormality in my results this time around, hypothetically, will I not be allowed to re-enter Canada? What are the technicalities with that? I have to retake the medical exam since I’ve been outside of canada for more than six months.

The medical issue would need to be cleared before you can re-enter Canada. This means that either additional testing would need to be done until IRCC is satisfied your medical condition is not serious - or you would need to wait for the medical situation to resolve itself before you are able to re-enter.

Oh, makes sense. What if it’s a UTI? Will that cause any issues?
