Result witheld permanently

hi myself saam
I have done my ielts exam in november and i was waiting for my result .but i got the mail mentioning that my result got witheld you have to wait 14 days more becuase its under scrutinity,after 14 days i have got another mail mentioning that result got witheld permanently
I didnt done anything wrong that can cause my result its been 4 month i didnt get the result
What should i do now?
I need to retake the exam again

try mailing to the same email id from where you got the witheld info. i gave my exam on oct 13th 2018 and my result was too witheld. I got in on may2nd after pretty long wait. During this time.. i kept sending them messages daily.
