For our inland common-law application, I (sponsor) submitted my 2017 Notice of Assessment. I've had to make changes to my past return recently and was wondering if I should submit this new reassessed NOA to IRCC? or only if they ask for it?
Also, in the NOA, is there anything that lets IRCC know that I filed taxes as common-law?
Thank you!

No, you don't need to submit the reassessment. I don't recall if the NOA shows marital status or not.
