First of all, thank you to everyone willing to take the time to respond to all of us.
I have received a request to resubmit IMM 5669 form as there was an error in the addresses section. From the link included in the email, I cannot seem to download the form as it just takes me to the pr portal where it only shows the submitted application.
I linked my application to ircc account and tried to see if i can download the form, but was not able to.
Since IMM 5669 is an online submission form, where can i find the form and also where can i submit the form?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
