I’m a spouse of a skilled worker in NOC B, and my partner just started to work at the company and don’t have any paystubs yet.
My Open Work Permit (OWP) has expired and I have to restore my status in 90 days.
My questions are: Do I have to wait until my partner receive his pay stub? How many paystubs do I need to provide? Is there any amount of paystub or duration of working hours that CIC requests to give a positive response to my working visa?
