Hello.my study permit got expired on 30 December 2019 and visa will expire on march 2020.
My last semester started in January 2020 and will end in april 2020.
They say that I can not legally continue studying until I get the status and it will take 92 days to process my application.
What are my options?? Can I do the flagpoling to get my study permit? Or I just submit my application for restoration and drop this semester.

Is there any reason why you didn't apply before your permit expires? If you're thinking of taking any leave from your program of study make sure it's not exceeding 150 days and ensure it's approve by your institution. Even, if you plan to apply at POE, you still have to substantiate by explaining all of the facts and circumstances that prevented you from complying with the conditions of your permit

Dont believe they do study permits via flagpolling but you could try. You need to apply restoration & stop studying/working this means your PGWP chances are probably gone too if you wanted that.

Have you speak to international adviser or international office of your university on this? If your answer is no, it's better you do that immediately, because if you continue to study without a valid study permit will mean a violation or non compliance. Your university international student office is where to start from, perhaps, they will need to approve your leave or do the necessary update to your record.

You cannot get a study permit at the border. You are studying illegally and if you are working, that is also illegal. You must stop doing both ASAP.
You need to apply for Restoration as a student and cannot resume studying or working until it is approved. Also note that you will not qualify for a PGWP.

I was just reading at their website...that pgwp's eligibility includes max 150 days of authorized leave. Won't this thing be covered in authorized leave?
