Hi guys, I have a question for you and will appreciate the answer:

We have been out of status since Dec 14, 2015 and want to do a restoration of status from worker to a visitor on a basis of PR application with EE, so we can wait here for a decision. After the eligibility questionnaire we have to pay only $400 ($200 for two people restoration) and no fees for visitor visas, why is that?
