If my WP extension comes negative, then I have an option to restore status to visitor.
My question is can my wife who came on a dependant visa with me, have a separate restoration status application.
If we file a same application, both of us will go on implied status. Then if I leave, she will also have to leave with me.
Can we file separate restoration applications, so that even if I leave, she can continue to be in Canada.

My work permit is expired on 6 feb 2014 I am going to apply restoration of status , I don't want to stay here because of no work can I go to my country and come back if restoration is approved ? And what amount of money I have to pay because I m going to apply just for restoration .
