Restoration of status and application for PGWP

hello there, I want to know the best options I have to apply for a restoration of status and a new post graduate work permit. My study permit expired on March 31st 2018 and before that I applied for a PGWP.My application was refused on the 26th of April 2018 and the reason was because I had used an unofficial transcript so it did not clearly show that I had finished my program. I was advised to apply for a restoration of status and a new application for PGWP. My questions are

- what is the best way to reapply for the permit as well as restoration (Online or Paper)?
-is there any procedure I need to take to increase my chances?
-how many documents am I applying for all together?

Also I stopped work immediately I received the decision and I have 69 days left in my 90 day window. Thanks.

I think paper application is good, did u get your status approved.
