Can you please help me here.
My spouses inland SOWP application got refused in May 2024.
He stopped working immediately. We re-applied the next day with restoration of status.
It’s been 140 days now and we are hoping to get a decision soon.
Meanwhile we received an ITA under CEC. He is the primary applicant.
Question- can we submit our documents for PR while waiting for restoration? Or does one have to have valid status?
We cannot afford to apply for visitor record after waiting for 4 months now and can get SOWP anytime.
