My employer received a Positive LMO just after 5 days after my old work permit expired. Our lawyer said we should apply for Restoration as my old work permit expired. I have applied for Restoration and Work permit and paid all the fees for the same, when i called CIC the Automated system said my application was received on the 30th of June 2010 and i can expect reply around 14th of JULY 2010.
My question is does restoration and work permit gets rejected in any case?.. I m in the province of BC
