what do they mean by this line i have only submitted RPRF fee of mine and my spouse. "Different fees" is a little confusing word.

Yesterday I got the answer of my CSI about the current status of my application from Paris Visa office. Those who did not get the answer they must write two numbers one issued from Sydney Canada and other from London and write VF before the numbers VF/ B.........., B.........
The answer says
