Residing in one province, IDs from another province

Hi all,

I reside in Ontario, but that was not always the case, and I still have strong connections to Quebec, where I have a mailing address for some things like Quebec health insurance. I have also maintained a Quebec health insurance, since as a federal employee, I am exempt from residency requirements, and cannot qualify for Ontario health insurance until after the first couple of months of residency. I have also maintained my Quebec driver's license rather than exchanging it for an Ontario one, as I do not need to drive in Ontario and see myself as returning to Quebec soon-ish.

When I applied for citizenship, I put the Ontario address.

Is this going to be problematic when I present my Quebec IDs? Is it an acceptable justification, to say that I am intending to return to Quebec (where I received my PR) ? Or since is the Ottawa office that's processing it, they might find that problematic???

I don't see why it would be a problem, but am wondering nonetheless..

In you address history, you'll have put your QB address where the officer can see your residency ended just 2 months back. So i dont see this as an issue.
