As per Canada immigration law, people who have been residents of Victoria (Australia) need to submit a Licence History Search. This can be applied online (the 5 year record), however it is mailed to the address mentioned on the license. Now I have moved out of Australia and am based in India. When I try to change my address to the Indian address on the vicroad site the system does not accept it.
Would appreciate if anyone would have any pointers as to how to procure the Licence History Search considering the address has been changed to an overseas one to what was originally mentioned on the license?

Call VicRoad on + 61 3 8391 3216 (8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 2.00pm Saturday-Aus time). Change your address to your current address. They will charge around $9.00(AUD) and send you the Licence History Search to your current address via post. This is how I got mine. It took around 15 days to get my history after the call.
So IMHO,don't waste time waiting for their email as they are gonna say the same thing. Just call on the above number and tell them what you need. This is the fastest and easiest way.
Hi
I also to provide the license history for myself and my wife. We were in Australia in 2004-05 and never had any license during tht period. What is the process of getting no history of license ?
