Residency requirement relaxation due to COVID19

I might have missed this but is there any relaxation of residency requirements from CIC due to covid 19.
Our 3 years from landing expires next may and we were hoping to make a move sometime this year but with covid this looks uncertain. Wonder if CIC will relax the residency requirement clause.

Extra days spent abroad due to COVID-19 will not count as days in Canada. You must still meet the physical presence requirement for your citizenship application.

There has been no relaxation of either the permanent residency or Canadian citizenship residency requirements. The pre-COVID requirements still apply.

Note that as permanent residents, you are free to move to Canada at any time and you are exempt from the travel ban.
