Apart from getting the records, easiest is to keep records yourself and whatever receipts or whatever related to travel (boarding passes, etc).
Now note, for the residency obligation, IRCC does not typically request 'proof' (concrete specific evidence) of all days in country. You submit your records*, they can check against the entry and exit records they have (exit is from airlines and US border patrol under info-sharing). If the info you report is accurate, usually (esp now) it will match against what Canadian border services has. And usually not much if anythign more is requested about specific days.
*[editadd] By 'your records' here, I mean you literally submit a list of your entries and exits. They don't ask you to document each of those entries and exits.
Switch over to paper statements for the time period . Bank statements, credit cards etc . Put them in a file . Better to do it now versus going back and being told now or having to pay an exorbitant fee to get them pulled
It’ll show transactions done while you were here
I need to show residency in my province by having a mailed statement to my place to renew my healthcard. I have one credit card statement mailed versus online
