PLEASE HELP!! Hi! I got the email from Ircc with a document that have the instructions to get the credentials for the portal. I added my husband to my application but I’m so confused because the person that helped me told me to write option B that said “create an individual profile for each of the family members” my portal doesn’t have his info. And when my ecorp came it says that I’m single and I don’t have dependents. It doesn’t appear my husband name. I’m freaking out, he is inside Canadá and is extremely importan that both have the PR card. Does he was removed or something?? I send everything In the application. My marriage document too.
