Hi i am zuhaa from afghanistan currently i live in india with my parents and we are refugee in india since 2010 but we didn’t get any positive response from UNHCR yet we are surviving from 8 years but now its getting harder day by day my parents are very old how can i help them out from india ? Is there any way to apply for asylum in canada ?

The only ways are to be recognized in a third country by the UNHCR or to claim in Canada. You can’t claim directly to Canada.

Even if you are recognized by UNHCR, you don't get to choose where you are resettled.

Only a fraction of those that want to be resettled are actually resettled. It also can take decades and you can't pick the country.
