If I want to reschedule my citizenship test due to time conflict do I write a letter by mail or a letter by web form? Which method is better?
Same situation here...I did both, sent a letter with air tickets booked months ago to local CIC office as well as webform.
Call centre agent said i don't have to do anything if I'm certain that i will miss the test, they will reschedule as a final chance after the original test date.
Please see the following link:

Fill the webform and also send a letter to the local CIC office (as per the test invite)
