My fiance's visitors visa got rejected on the first attempt on the basis.
- immigration status in country of residence ( sponsered by her dad)
- Family ties in Canada and in country of residence ( she doesn't own property, one has one back account )
-Current employment situation....(she works for her dad's company. Will an employment letter with salary be good enough)
My fiance is an Indian citizen living in Dubai, UAE but she is sponsered by her Dad. We are getting married end of the year and right after I am going to sending the spousal sponshership application. While her PR is being processed I would like to give the visitors visa another shot and see if we can work on the above issues.

IMO, it's very unlikely to overturn this TRV rejection, given all the information you shared here, especially the information I put in bold text. I don't think it's impossible, but it will be very, very difficult. You might as well reserve your money and energy for the spousal sponsorship application instead.
