My wife finally got her PR Card and is now in the Philippines to pick up her children and her mother.

Her mother is on a 5 year visitor visa.

Her children were on her application and will be coming to Canada in a couple of weeks with my wife.

What other documents do we need for her to leave the Philippines and enter Canada.

I have been hearing about PDOS and ETA document.

I am having trouble searching for required documents.
