Hi,

I am looking to get general power of attorney done. CGI Toronto's website states that I need the signatures of two witnesses (along with their names, addresses, and phone numbers) on the POA document. My question is, are witnesses expected to sign in-person, before the notary public? Or can I gather their signatures myself and get the POA notarized by myself?
