Required spouse details when applying for student visa

Hi,
It would be great if someone can help me on this. I'm planing to apply for my student visa in January (to join for the April intake). I'm 28 years and a professional and planing to go for an MBA. My husband is a USA PR holder and currently I have no contacts with him. We have not filed for a divorce or have not taken any legal steps yet. Can someone please tell me what documents I have to submit about my marital status? What documents visa officer request about the spouse when applying for the student visa ?

The application will tell you which documents are needed. It is normally just information about your spouse you need to fill in a form.
