I am looking information on how to move all luggage and home stuff from USA to canada.
Any reliable and cheap options or movers any one knows then guide me.
I am also planning to move from USA in the month of Feb.. I am thinking of using U-Pack... If you have already moved to Canada, can you suggest the mode you have used? Thanks in Advance!
Renting a UHaul/Penske or similar truck to move items is a good cheap option. As long as you live in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment or smaller, you should be able to fit them into a 20' or 26' truck. Once you rent the truck, you just hire people to Load items in the US and a different crew to Unload in Canada. This is a reasonable option if you live in one of the border states.
There are a few moving companies who can do the cross border move, but it will be more expensive.
