If you are applying for FSW and you want up to 5 adaptability points for your spouse, then she has to take the IELTs. It is your choice, whether you need the points or not.

hi,
although it is not mandatory to have IELTS for spouse but u have to think why they have changed the rule and given point on Spouse'S IELTS INSTEAD OF SPOUSE'S EDUCATION.

so think wisely----
