Hi,
I hope you can help me clarify my situation for the permanent resident procedure. I am pursuing Federal Skilled Worker Program, and have been living in British Columbia since May 2017. This is my background:
1. My education:
+ 1 bachelor degree in Vietnam- is about send to ECA to get credit for it.
+ Two-year program at Douglas College in Business.- this is eligible for a candidate when applying for any immigration program

2. Working experience I had Open working permit valid from August 2019 to August 2022 I have worked as a line cook for a fine dining restaurant (Cactus Club Cafe) since May 2018. those duties are eligible to classify into Line cook NOC 6322. I can request one work experience letter from my worker.

3. Language:
My old IELTS was 7. I am studying for renewing the certificate and expected to get at least equally CLB 9.

@my questions are:
1. Under the immigration program, I need 1,560 hours which are accumulated continuously. So is the amount of hours necessarily count after I get the post graduate work permit (08/2019) or just after I started to work (05/2018)?
2. Is my education background relevant to my work experience? 3. I have 2-year experience in Vietnam as a banking officer. Should I include it to my application even it is not related to Cook? Thank you for your time.
3. Recently, I applied and received Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) receiving $2000/month in next 4 months. Does the subsidy effect my score when I apply PR? Negative, Positive or Neutral.

Thank you for reply

1. You don't say what kind of work permit you have. I am going to assume you have a post graduate work permit. If so, you can start counting work experience from the day you applied for the PGWP.
2. It doesn't matter if your educaiton is relevant or not. Yes, you should include it if it gets you more points and has been officially evaluated.
3. Neutral.

Thanks
1. it is post graduate work permit, Fixed.
but When I see the requirement, it is just merely said 1560 hours at least as work experience aspect, it does not mention about when the job experience is counted.

It quoted from CIC:

Student work experience
Work experience gained while you were studying may count towards your minimum requirements if the work:
