Required documents sample to prove Maternal relationship

I have a close relative in Manitoba, my mother's brother. What are the required documents to prove that he is my maternal uncle? I am thinking of making one document that proves my relation with my mother, and another document that proves that my mother's father and his brother's father is same? Will this be enough or is there any other document sample?
