Require help for entering CANADA in FSW from INDIA

Hii... I m from INDIA & I have completed my Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. I have work experience of 10 years in Railway equipment manufacturing industry. I have the knowledge of Railway signaling domain. I want to enter to CANADA through FSW program. Am I eligible for this program? If not eligible, please suggest the way to immigrate to CANADA. Please help
