We received our PPR yesterday April 17th (CEC inland). At the moment, my wife who is the primary applicant on file is residing in Canada, whereas I am in new Delhi, India. How do I get my VO changed from Ottawa to new Delhi? As far as I know, my wife would be sending her passport to Ottawa for stamping. Experts pls share your views on our situation.
