Dear Experts,
further to my previous posts ( http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pr-renewal-not-meeting-the-ro-in-process-t352950.0.html), I now have sent in my PR withdrawal letter to the local CIC.
I need to go home in December as my grandmother is seriously ill and my parents want everybody home for Christmas...
My withdrawal was just sent and I do not know how long it would take CIC to process my request.
The original plan was to wait till withdrawal completes and then re-apply for PR Renewal on urgent basis with my flight tickets to home.
My questions are:
1. Can I send a new PR Renewal application with flight tickets home on urgent basis while withdrawal is not completed?
2. What are the chances to get Travel Documents as my PR expired 2 years ago?
3. Is it too much of risk to come back to Canada crossing border via car with my landing paper?
now I have more than 730 days in Canada though my PR application is under the review and withdrawal pending.....
I greatly appreciate all the experts advices on this.
