Requesting transcripts from University of Madras

Seems like University of Madras only has the attestation officer sign and seal the transcripts but that is not accepted by WES.

Requesting those who have gone through this to please share their experience.

I see that University of Madras only has the attestation officer attest the transcripts and that is not accepted by WES.

I have my bachelors from University of Madras. Can I only get my Masters degree evaluated which is from US by WES? Would that lead to losing any points from the CSR score as I won't be getting my bachelors degree evaluated?

Experts please share your views.

I was got the attestation from UNOM , with the attestation officer and it was accepted by WES.

Did you get the envolope sealed and signed too?

Hello,

No I have not started the process yet. But I have read online at a lot of places as to how WES only accepts attestation of transcripts from the registrar of the university and not anyone else.

Good to hear that your transcripts were accepted by WES in spite of being attested by the attestation officer.

Glad to hear that your transcripts got accepted. Me and my husband hold Bachelors's from University of Madras and in the process of getting the transcript. We have family in Chennai who can go to the university.
