I have got a request dated 3rd Feb 2010 to submit Passport, PCC and medicals in 45 days. I am in US and have requested PCC from Indian embassy since Jan 20th. I have not heard any response of PCC yet. Will it be OK if I go ahead and do medicals now and submit everything else later. Do consulates honor requests for additional time to submit PCC and passport? Has anyone done this before. Please suggest.
