I have never had TB, but I had a minor lung infection as a child that still exists. I have applied for a Canadian visa, and they have asked me to provide an X-ray for the third time. I am wondering if my old lung infection could create any issues for my Canadian visa application. ??

You don't have a choice, just follow the instructions. Is it a medical furtherance? Canada usually considers xray as a big deal, so just follow whatever directed. If it is latent or inactive infection you will be cleared, you just have to follow the additional steps to assure them its all good. Hope this helps.
