Hi ,
I travel travel document for refugee but I’m still waiting for my pr card
Do I need visa to travel to Porto Rico ?

I believe because Puerto Rico is considered a territory of the US, they have the same entry requirements as the US ie. you need a valid US visa to enter Puerto Rico.
