Request to reschedule citizenship oath ceremony - do they respond if they deny it?

Hello everybody!

I got my invitation for the oath ceremony this week and sent an email to the address referenced in the notification with a request to reschedule me for a later oath ceremony.

So far, I haven't heard back, but I noticed ghost updates in the tracker, or at least what I believe is commonly referred to as ghost updates: It shows a date for the last update with no visible changes or actual new information.

I'm mentioning the ghost updates because that could indicate that they have received my request, have worked on it, but have not sent me any communication, hence my question.

Better to call IRCC and double verify it.

Brief update: I haven't reached anybody yet but checked the ceremony website:

The weird thing is that the ceremony I have been invited to is not on the list even though there are ceremonies scheduled for the following days. Are only some public?
