My partner and I had some fantastic Christmas news when he received an email from the Rome Embassy asking for his passport. He sent it via courier a few days later and they refused to sign for it.
Now finding out why is going to be a nightmare as it is impossible to get in touch with them. Has anyone ever heard of this happening and if so why???
