Hi, I am applying for the Study Permit via cic.gc.ca online application system. And I've finished my upfront medical exam before I submit my application, I also attached the e Medical information sheet (Which have my UMI code) in the system.
But recently I got a "Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E)" system message via the online application system. However I cannot re-take the medical exam since the previous one is still valid(taken in April)
I am also applying outside of Canada, could anyone please tell me why this happens ? Are there anyone else who have the same situation as me and resolved ? And what should I do now ? I've already sent my e Medical information sheet again via IRCC Web Form and the immigration office email.

Thanks in advance!

If you've already sent it in again via webform, you should wait and see their response. You've done more or less all you can, without doing the medicals again.

Yeah, thank you, But is there any way to know which visa office is my application being processed?
I cannot find it in the web application system. But when I need to submit a web form it asked me about which office my application goes to

I had the same issue, what I did was sending webform to their London office since I did not know the visa office handling my file, and the forwarded it to the right Visa office handling your file.

Thank you for sharing this information. One thing to ask, Is your issue currently resolved? If yes, how long have you been waiting for the Visa office upload the medical result to your application?

After I sent the web form, on the following day my profile was updated to medical passed. Currently waiting for the final decision, I applied on the 9th of May.

Update:
After I sent the web form, I got a email reply from the Visa Officer in 4 days (June, 1st). And at June, 10th. My profile was updated to medical passed.
The total waiting time even exceed the normal processing time shown on cic.gc.ca. But at least the problem is solved. Now waiting for further information update from cic

You can. Google the number. It's on IRCC website.
I am sorry but there is no such number. I can find one via google, which calls to Canada Global Affairs Office. However they don't process visa case. I tried to call them many times. Sometimes they just rudely cut the call, sometimes they transfer the call to a toll free number which is only available from canada. And the Global Affairs officers said that IRCC do not have any phone service available from outside Canada, they only have VAC and Web Form for applicants from outside Canada.
