Request for Family Composition Form

Hi All,

I need your help. I got Pre-arival letter last week and this morning I got a request for an original family composition form by afghan authorities. I know what a family composition form is but why by afghan authorities. I also got request for birth certificate which I have. Please help if anyone else got that request too.

pre-arrival letter means you have passed eligibility assessment.....and once background check is complete passport request is next......only IRCC know why they need family composition form......go get it and send the requested documents immediately to avoid any delays.

How do you get it? This form doesn't exist in Afghanistan. Have you heard of anyone else with the same situation? I looked around the internet, contact the Afghanistan Embassy but still have no idea how to get the form.

family composition form is not listed as under country specific requirement for Afghanistan......did you submit documents issued by another country.......maybe check the country specific requirement.

you may also call IRCC or contact your visa office.....do not delay and act quickly to avoid any delays
