Hello,
Please, advise me what to do to the following;
1) I sponsored my orphaned niece as family member in uganda. When I did sponsorship, she was 17 years old; the process took more than 5 years (because of appeal).
2) my niece got PR visa last month and she arrived in Toronto this morning. But she was not allowed to land because she told the immigration officer she has a child from a boy friend. The immigration officer asked my niece why she didn't include her in her PR application outside Canada. My niece said she didn't not complete the forms herself (true, I completed the forms and mailed it to her in Uganda for signature and to mail it to Kenya visa office because my niece has limited education level with little understanding of English). I'm legal rep for her.
3) my niece also told the officer she didn't tell me about her child because she was afraid of me. True, I didn't know anything about her conjugal relationship and her baby.
4) then, the immigration officer at the Airport told my niece to sign a letter, "Allowed to Leave Canada", and to withdraw request to enter Canada. My niece is on her way back to Uganda now.
What should I do or she could do? Please.

There is probably nothing you can do. She committed "misrepresentation" and has been refused "landing". Did she have her COPR confiscated by CBSA and/or her IM-1 visa cancelled? I suspect that the visa office has been notified and the application put on hold.
Thanks, Zardos.
1) not the same petper. That one was my sister, who didn't pursue her application as she decided to live with her partner and son in Kampala (in fact, with her newborn second son). I'm innocent of any wrongdoing.
2) I don't know whether her copr was confiscated. I wait till her arrival tomorrow afternoon.
Here is update on my request for help with my niece's "voluntary withdrawal of application to enter Canada":
1) her COPR was taken back
2) her PR visa was cancelled
3) OFFICER told her she doesn't know what steps she (niece) could take upon return
Well, sponsoring her again is probably out of the question at this point given her misrepresentation. At least for a few more years. And chances of a TRV are probably nil as well. I doubt there is much you can do to change her situation at present.
She should contact IRCC using the Case Specific Enquiry web form and mark the subject as urgent. She needs to ask for the child to be added to the application... It's quite possible that it's too late for her now but that is all that I can think of.
