Ah, OK. Contacting the embassy is the best option then. Documents all of your efforts to get the PCC; if you are unable to get it, you can use that to prove to CIC that you tried to get it.
I got response from Embassy Consulate last night with the list of documents required for obtaining PCC
I was checking my stay in Canada with stamps on passport and 3rd/final stint comes out to be exact 180 days. I am not sure if I need a PCC for this case or CIC wont pay attention to it because If I calculate on basis of months then I would complete 6 months for 3rd stint on 18th Sept 2012 logically.
1st time --> 2011-05-29 to 2011-11-09
2nd time --> 2011-11-27 to 2012-03-02
3rd time --> 2012-03-19 to 2012-09-15
