There is no official deadline for the CIC officers to follow. Everything they post is just average processing time for around 80% of the applications.

You can try and see what happens, in the meantime, the CIC call center reps can take action once the processing time has passed according to their audio message. So give them a call.

CIC send the msg when my processing time is over 36 months and have

receive the letter file under officer review... same reply I am getting from

CIC since November 2014.
