Reply from Buffalo - full application filed in June 2010

Hey Seniors,

I have sent a case specific inquiry to Buffallo and got the following reply :

Your file is in a queue awaiting initial assessment. This could take up to 64 weeks from the date we received the application.

Canadian Consulate General Buffalo

Immigration Section

Question: - see my time line at the side - Does this mean, they are starting than processing or would this mean we will get a decision within 64 weeks???
ecas still shows RBVO.

Buffalo has start moving now,, they sent 2 PPR and couple of Med request to post june app. There are people in this forum who received their AOR at end of April, 2010 or Early May, 2010 they are still waiting to hear from Buffalo. So, little more patience. Check my timelines.

I got 2nd AOR last week by email (May062011) from Buffalo VO, status is : Pending review... file transfered to buffalo everything is good. but still prnding review status, my address is back, big thing is I got 2nd AOR.
follow my profile, I am after june 2010 applicant of new 29 NOC.
I think after jun 2010 applicant I only get 2nd AOR from Buffalo? comon wake-up GUYS..... where are you who already get 2nd AOR of after june 2010 applicant @ buffalo ny.

Actually I preapared before apply, but once my lawyer told me the list is change and your experience is no more which I tried to apply in marketing and management, then I told them about inssurance claimer then the NOC is available under inssurance claimer, I have 8years experience in this NOC of multinational inssurance companies , so I ready with all documents, when NOC announced I seen my NOC and my lawyer submit all documents , my IELTS everything I ready before apply, then within 45days I got my 1st AOR, then applied for full documents within week. but buffalo is slow otherwise I am fast to submit my all documents.
