Replacement overdue

My wife have applied for pr back in Feb and have received an email of instructions to submit the schedule A background and declaration form. It gave us the instruction to submit it through the ircc webform and even got the confirmation email that I was sent and on the status of the application it had also said it was submitted but when I checked today it says action needed or replacement overdue. Has anyone have this problem before? I have emailed them just a while ago Hoping they will reply asap. She have applied for a open work permit along with the PR and still haven't gotten the work permit. We applied in Feb and still waiting..

Did you upload the Schedule thru the PA online account ?

If NO.......try upload the Schedule thru the PA online account.

Hi!!
I have the sams problem.. Today I opened my online application they say schedule A, additional family, police check replacement overdue. Though, I have submitted everything on time. Then why it says that?? Please help me...
