Mu original certificate was sent in July 2012 the certificate was completed in October and then sent to an office
in Surrey BC for quality control that was back in Nov. I am still waiting for them to send me a letter telling me
when I can go in and pick up my certificate. Why does it take so long ? Has anyone else had this happen to them if so
how long did it take until you received a letter ?
