I have already sent my family application for citizenship in the last month. But today I read some where regarding return because of translation of minor birth certificate ( even it was furnished in english too).
Actually my daughter birth certificate which is already furnished in two languages ( urdu language and english language in terms of same particular/ data). even I clearly mentioned in the covering letter for birth certificate which is already furnish in english.
What do you think that CIC ll return my application package for separate translation of minor birth certificate.
For example: If they ll return in future then could I send a copy of translation of such birth certificate via web form now ? Please suggest me and your experience regarding birth certificate.
Do they need birth certificate for minor citizenship applicants? I think In the check list there is nothing about birth certificate also in the instructions guide.
I hope someone with some experience about this issue can reply. My police certificate written in English and in Arabic language so I didn’t translate it. If they request translation for the Arabic text this mean they will return my application , I just sent it one month ago.

Sorry I may have a mistake . In minor application subsection 5(2) form they request birth certificate. But in minor application subsection 5(1) , which I used, there is no need for birth certificate and it is not in the checklist.
