Hello guys,

In 2015, I came to Canada to educate in Montreal, but for personal reasons I stopped and abandoned my education and came back to my country, but my visa and study permit have been valided to end of 2018.
In 2018, I accepted again in one of the Montreal university. So I am going to return to start my PhD. My question is:

As my visa is valid to end of 2018 and I will start my PhD in the middle of 2018, in order it return, shall I apply for new visa (again) and study permit or I can come there using issued visa?
Please let me know what shall I do?

Best
Asa

Once anyone abandons a course then generally the institution they attended are obliged to inform immigration so that the study permit is cancelled. So it is likely you no longer have a valid study permit and will need to apply again.
