If you type in 'rooms for rent near Sheridan college ' on google.com and you will see lots of results come up on the kijiji.ca page.

The few results i found include; $300, $350, $500 and $600.

I think it boils down to your lifestyle.

Can't help you with part time jobs info though, i think you have to be on ground for that.

the average rent of univeristy accomadation is more than 500$ & if would rent an apartment with friends it can save your money. & will not be a barden on any of you.
