what do you mean renounce Canadian citizenship why would you do that just to apply for PR. Renouncing citizenship is not something anyone would recommend.
As a citizen assuming you are you just apply to sponsor your family there is no advantage in renouncing citizenship and applying as a PR from scratch again unless someone has advised you that you might stand a slim chance of overcoming the misrepresentation in your other posts. You need professional advice before taking any action.
There is no guarantee you would be approved for PR next time around and reading your other posts not sure anything would change but an immigration lawyer would need to confirm that.
Once you renounce citizenship you cannot stay in Canada and can only renounce anyway if you hold another citizenship if that is what you want to leave Canada losing all your rights As a citizen/resident ?
If in doubt consult an immigration lawyer which reading your other posts seems to be the only way forward instead of a public forum, that is professional advice only for such a critical way forward.
Doubt any solution that involves renouncing citizenship and applying again for PR is going to be a quick process let alone guaranteed to succeed.
There is no pretty quick way to get PR......you have to apply and go through the process.......applicants can apply for PR through either Express Entry or Provincial Nominee program........but not sure how your application will go if you renounced your Canadian Citizenship to apply for PR so as to be able to obtain PR for your spouse.........will advice that you consult an immigration lawyer (and not an immigration consultant) for help on your case.

True as per OPs other posts where they imply they have been trying since 2006/7/13 and seems the last resort now to renounce citizenship assuming they have a dual citizenship to fall back on.
Obviously it will not be easy or quick nor will the outcome be guaranteed and whilst an immigration lawyer will both cost and not be able to guarantee an outcome seems a better option than coming to a public forum where all we all can do is speculate on something so critical for someone.
In renouncing citizenship hopefully any lawyer will provide the OP with a plan B to stay in the country somehow given once renounced as I understand it the OP is neither a citizen or a PR so would have no status to remain other than maybe as a visitor without work rights. So renouncing and applying for PR with dependants declared this time around will likely not be at all straight forward and probably a big life changing upheaval through to the end game.
