I am renewing my PR card and have some confusions in the personal history. For the personal history, what should I do if I need more space for the address / work / travel history? Simply type them on a white paper and attach it to the application? Is there specific forms for those?
I moved multiple times during the last 5 years, how should I fill out the dates in the address history? There will be overlapping dates due to need to have a residence ready before I completely moved out the former place. Moreover, how accurate are those dates needed to be? I can remember the month that I moved in and out, not the exact date. If I remember correctly, they also only asked for the month and year on the PR visa application.
