Renewing PGW

Hi,

After finishing my MBA in Dec 2013 I got a PGW for only 15 months as my passport was expiring on March 29, 2015. I currently have a PGW till then, however I have now renewed my passport and would like to extend/renew my PGW for its full length of 3 years.

How can I go about doing this.
